Welcome to DukaanWala POS, a point-of-sale and business management software service provided by QRWISE Technologies ("we", "our", "us").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DukaanWala POS, including its mobile application, website, software, features, subscription plans, and related services ("Service").
By creating an account, accessing, subscribing to, or using DukaanWala POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
DukaanWala POS is a digital software service designed to help businesses manage billing, orders, products, customers, staff, expenses, reports, tables, cash drawers, shifts, and other business-related activities.
The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product and may be updated, modified, or improved from time to time.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use paid features of DukaanWala POS.
By using the Service, you confirm that the information provided by you during registration or subscription is accurate and complete.
Certain features of DukaanWala POS require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
You are responsible for activities performed through your account, except where such activity results directly from our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
You retain responsibility for the business information and records that you enter into DukaanWala POS.
This may include product information, customer information, orders, billing records, expenses, staff information, Khata / Udhar records, reports, and other business data.
DukaanWala POS provides free and paid subscription plans.
The Starter Plan is provided free of charge and allows up to 100 bills per month, subject to the features and limitations applicable to the Starter Plan.
The PRO Monthly Plan costs ₹299 per month, inclusive of applicable GST.
The PRO Annual Plan costs ₹2,499 per year, inclusive of applicable GST.
The features included in each plan may be displayed within the App, website, or subscription page before purchase.
Depending on the selected PRO subscription, available features may include:
Features may be modified, improved, replaced, or discontinued as the Service evolves.
Payments for paid subscription plans may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.
By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction using the payment method selected by you.
DukaanWala POS may receive payment-related information such as transaction status, transaction reference, subscription details, and payment confirmation for the purpose of managing your subscription.
Paid PRO features are generally activated after successful confirmation of the applicable payment.
If payment is unsuccessful, declined, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise not confirmed, access to paid features may not be activated or may be suspended.
You may cancel your PRO subscription in accordance with the cancellation options provided by DukaanWala POS.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in a refund.
If you cancel a paid PRO subscription, your PRO access will normally continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
After the paid period ends, your account may return to the applicable Starter Plan or other available free functionality.
DukaanWala POS is a digital SaaS product. Due to the nature of digital software access and immediate activation of paid features, payments are generally non-refundable after successful payment and activation.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to use DukaanWala POS only for lawful business purposes.
You must not:
DukaanWala POS may allow business owners or administrators to create staff accounts.
The business owner or administrator is responsible for assigning appropriate access permissions and managing staff accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that your staff members use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Certain functionality may depend on third-party services, including payment processors, communication applications, hosting providers, device services, or other external platforms.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of such services may therefore be subject to those additional terms.
DukaanWala POS may provide functionality that allows you to share business summaries or other information through WhatsApp.
You are responsible for confirming the recipient and information before sending any communication through WhatsApp or another external platform.
WhatsApp is an independent third-party service, and its use is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.
DukaanWala POS may support compatible thermal printers and other devices.
Printer compatibility may depend on the device model, operating system, Bluetooth connection, printer configuration, and other technical factors.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every printer or hardware device.
We aim to keep DukaanWala POS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity, third-party services, device limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update, modify, add, or remove features of DukaanWala POS from time to time.
We may also release application updates that are necessary for security, compatibility, performance, or functionality.
DukaanWala POS, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, content, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to QRWISE Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of DukaanWala POS does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy .
By using DukaanWala POS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account if we reasonably believe that the user:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRWISE Technologies shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
This may include loss of profits, business interruption, or loss resulting from reliance on business reports, calculations, records, or information generated by the Service.
You remain responsible for independently verifying important business, financial, accounting, tax, and legal information.
Reports, calculations, summaries, and other information generated by DukaanWala POS are provided as software functionality and should not be treated as professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where professional advice is required.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold QRWISE Technologies harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of information belonging to another person.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of DukaanWala POS after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
