- Business Data: Products added, orders generated, billing and sales history.
- Device Information: Basic device details (for troubleshooting & security).
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To allow you to add products, generate bills, and view sales history.
- To provide plan features (Starter or Unlimited).
- To improve app performance and support.
3. Permissions We Use
- Our app requests certain device permissions to provide billing and receipt printing features.We do not collect, store, or share any personal data through these permissions.
- Bluetooth / Nearby Devices: Our app requires Bluetooth / Nearby Devices permission to connect with supported thermal printers. This permission is used only to send print commands (bills/receipts) to the paired printer. We do not use Bluetooth for tracking your location, scanning nearby devices, or sharing any personal data.
- We do not collect or share any personal data through these permissions.
4. Data Storage & Security
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- Data may be used internally for app improvement and fraud prevention.
5. Data Sharing
- We only share data if required by law or for security purposes.
- No third-party advertising or analytics services are used.
6. Your Rights
- You can access and review your account information and business-related data at any time directly within the app..
- You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion option found in the profile section.
- Your account will be deleted immediately.
- Contact us if you find any incorrect information in your profile.
Terms & Conditions
1. Plan Limits
- Starter Plan: Max 10 products and 50 bills per plan cycle.
- Unlimited Plan: No product or billing limit until plan expiry.
- If Unlimited plan expires, your account will automatically downgrade to Starter.
2. Multi-Device Login
- You may log in on multiple devices using the same mobile number.
- Usage limits apply across all devices collectively.
3. Fair Use & Restrictions
- You may not use RozKaHisab for illegal activities.
- You may not attempt to bypass plan limits.
4. Support & Upgrades
- Upgrade requests and support are handled via WhatsApp at +91 73876 77760.
- We may update the app and plans from time to time.
5. Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, connectivity issues, or misuse.
- Printer compatibility depends on supported models; users are responsible for correct setup.
